Spécialisation en psychomotricité ou en orthopédagogie ?

Bonsoir ou bonjour à tous,

Educatrice spécialisée en recherche d'emploi depuis trop longtemps, j'aimerais faire une spécialisation mais j'hésite entre la psychomotricité et l'orthopédagogie.

Quelqu'un aurait l'une ou l'autre piste, réflexion, avis pour m'aiguiller ?
